QuietScribe FFmpeg source distribution

No changes to upstream source files: all archived files were compared with
the local source tree when packaging. Build configuration is recorded from
the binary. Run sh build.sh on an Apple Silicon Mac with Xcode command-line
tools and make. Build paths and code-signing signatures can differ.

QuietScribe invokes FFmpeg and FFprobe as separate executables. It does not
link FFmpeg libraries into the proprietary Swift executable. All FFmpeg
source files and upstream license texts are included in the archive.
