Refund Policy
Updated 15 September 2026. This policy applies to QuietScribe digital licenses and subscriptions supplied by Digital It Up, 11th Cross, Mahadeshwara Extn, Hebbal High Tension Road, Mysore 570016, India.
No discretionary refunds
QuietScribe is supplied as a digital license. Purchases and renewal payments are non-refundable, and we do not offer discretionary refunds for a change of mind, non-use or cancellation after a billing period begins, except where applicable law or Paddle’s applicable policy provides otherwise.
Use the free beta or an eligible trial to check your Mac, call apps and audio setup before purchasing. A beta or trial does not replace statutory rights.
Consumer rights and Paddle
Paddle is the merchant of record and handles payment refunds under its Refund Policy and Buyer Terms. Nothing here limits mandatory withdrawal, cancellation or refund rights, remedies for faulty or misdescribed software, or Paddle’s ability to grant a refund under its policy. Where those rights or policies conflict with our no-refund policy, they take precedence.
A digital license does not automatically remove withdrawal rights. Any legally required express consent or acknowledgement about beginning digital supply during a withdrawal period must be obtained at checkout.
Cancel future renewals
Cancel through Manage subscription in QuietScribe or the link in your Paddle receipt before the next renewal. Cancellation normally stops future charges and leaves access available until the end of the current access period. It does not itself refund a previous payment. Cancel an eligible trial before its first charge to avoid payment.
Billing problems and requests
For duplicate or incorrect charges, technical problems, or a request based on applicable rights, contact info@digitalitup.in or use Paddle’s buyer support. Include your order reference and purchasing email; do not send full card details or your license key. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle through its payment process. Refunded access may be ended in accordance with Paddle’s policy and applicable law.
